Monday April 13th, Dad has the day off work, so we took lunch to kids at the school. Bear was at preschool, but Pop was thrilled to come along!
Big D with Sean and Gary
Yea for Dad being home for a day!
Saturday MUDDY soccer game for Big D and Lissa in the Rain! When we woke up to the down pour, I didn't really think there would be games, but we showed up to show good sportsmanship for our 8:30 a.m. games! Boy were we surprised when both teams were warming up to play despite the wet and sludgey conditions!! Didn't have our camera---nor warm clothes --- after 20 minutes of a good soaking I finally found a blanket and umbrella in the car! Came home and had hot chocolate and hot showers! After our soaking---we had a good laugh over our little soccer adventure. It took little Lissa hours to warm up! Good times!
Saturday afternoon, "Prize Piano Performers" competition for Mc. She Played 4 pieces memorized before a group of judges and played them beautifully! She is becoming quite the pianist!
Saturday Night...Easter Egg Hunt in the dark with flashlights! No major injuries (phew!) and loved that craziness enough to want a repeat it next year. Somehow the Easter Bunny left our baskets in the garage this year---Silly Bunny!
Sunday Dinner with Kendall and Wendy and kiddos!---fun with our family in town!
Good times worth remembering!

No recording or photography allowed Grandma! I know you probably would have still tried to sneek it!
What a great weekend! I love the Easter attire! What a fun idea of finding eggs in the dark. We just might have to come down to your house next year :)
Nice!! Love easter time. Your kids look so big to me. Lissa is looking more mature.
