Now here is evidence that we dye a few bright eggs. Tali was beside herself this year asking at least 20 times a day if it was time to "paint the eggs." She took to carrying around the box of dye and opening the corner of it a little bit at a time to peek inside! She was giddy with excitement and we had to move up the dying by a day just to appease our zealous 3 year old!
I love this picture! Mostly because it shows two little friends just content to be together. This is Martin. We swap playdates on Wednesdays. My kids LOVE going to his house and he seems pretty darn happy to come to ours as well! On this Wednesday they were only home a few minutes when they ended up on the couch checking out new books. Cuties!
Something rather fun about Easter is that EVERYONE gets excited! Even 12 and 14 year peeps. After Dan and Dallin went to the Priesthood Session of Conference (and out to dinner for male bonding)...Our 5 kiddos went on the 2nd Annual Family Easter Egg Hunt in the Dark (with flashlights) Here they are pictured counting their loot. Fun times! Our other tradition is Easter morning (more in tune with the real reason to celebrate) our kiddos receive a new Sunday outfit to wear to church. Now if I could ever find dresses long enough for my tall girlies! Sheesh!

I love the easter egg hunt in the dark tradition!! My kids are getting older and that would be a blast to do!
Ka-lissa! I personally think ortho boots are super-duper fashionista and make ya look so stinkin' cute! :P
What a fun idea to hunt in the dark and way to still make the actual day fun with the Sunday clothes. I need to write it down somewhere so I can remember for next year!
