And ponder on the beauty of an earth made clean again.
I want my life to be as clean as earth right after rain.
I want to be the best I can and live with God again.

Lissa's special day was on Saturday, September 27, 2008. It really was a great day! We were joined by fun cousins, Aunts and Uncles, G & G Green and dear friends. Our Boston Missionary Grandparents were missed, but of course spoken about freely (hee hee--just seeing if you are listening Grandma---Boy I needed you here to take pictures too--I missed the picture of Lissa in her baptismal clothes with Dan--as I was being the Primary Prez too ya know! Good thing you are where you are supposed to be!)
Lissa wrote in her journal that she was excited, scared and nervous and many other emotions. She said the water was Hot and she was freezing after. Brandon, a friend and boy from our ward was also baptized. The two of them sang "If the Savior Stood Beside Me" as a duet and sounded pure and perfect together. Janis Meecham and I gave the talks. At the end of the day, when asked, Lissa said it was a great day. I have to agree. It was a day full of the spirit of happiness and truth!
